Her heart pounded as her slim legs carried her up the main road, jogging towards buildings and clubs in human form, of course. She was finally here, in Bucharest. She had heard the legends, the rumors, all her life she had heard that there were loup-garou in Bucharest. So, when her mother had died, that is where she headed, looking for a pack, looking for a place that she could call home. Now she only had to find one of her own, without giving herself away to the humans. It was late, though, and she wanted to chill for the night, and begin her search tomorrow. As she slowed to a walk, she passed a building that was pounding with music. Glancing up, she read the name of the place, not knowing what it meant. She had the urge to dance, and so she decided to go in.
Stepping through the door and into the crowd of people, a sexy grin slid across her face. This was her kind of place, she loved to party. Being only nineteen, she knew she couldn’t order a drink at the bar, so instead she made her way to the dance floor, making eye contact with all the guys, making her presence known. She slid her hands across sweaty bodies as she passed them, finding a spot on the dance floor to start dancing. As a new song started up, she laughed, eyes flashing dangerously, but flirtatiously at anyone who dared come close. Her hips moved in beat with the music, dancing in a way that the sex appeal just oozed off of her to anyone near.

Cyrus stood from his seat at the bar, glass forgotten and left behind. His trench coat fluttered behind him, as he made his way toward the dance floor, but not step on the dance floor. Instead, he stood there, arms crossed over his chest in simply patience as he lifted his head and sniffed a few times. His nostrils flared as he took in the sweaty, musky scent of to many bodies packed onto the dance floor, but there, among the mass of flaring limbs, seemed to float the scent of the wild forest and open meadows that seemed to occupany any and every werewolf.
Grunting, simply to the fact that whoever this werewolf was had seemed to come in off the street and taken over the bar like he or she was Alpha. He let out a short growl as a thin human girl reached out to touch him, but it quickly died as he allowed her to draw closer and take his hand. In the vastness of the noise, he heard her voice as clear as a blue sky, stating that such a handsome face shouldn't look so pissed, as she pulled him onto the dance floor.
Before moving fully out onto the floor, he slipped from his coat, knowing that as he stretched out his arm, someone would take it and it would be returned to him. He was a regular at Dans Lup and it was rare that anyone pissed off the regulars at Dans Lup. Once more, allowing the little human to led him out onto the dance floor, he gave her a simply over look. Too much make-up, not enough clothes, too much leg showing, yet he was attracted to her, as was any other male with two heads.
The music was fast, and the human's choice of dancing style was something similar to the bump and grind, but it wasn't what interested Cyrus the most. As he drew further out onto the dance floor, the scent of forest and meadows was getting thicker.

Lexi was having fun, sending smirks and smiles to everyone, as she let them approach her, she would dance with someone for a moment, before pushing them back into the crowd of bodies to find another partner. As she danced, she noticed a guy stepping onto the dance floor, handing off his coat as he was led by a leggy girl that seemed to think she was the life of the party. Alexis’s lip curled slightly at the thought, a hint of jealousy showing; she was the kind of girl that wanted everyone’s eyes on her, not on the leggy tramp that had taken to dancing with the guy that had handed his jacket off.
Something about him made Lexi not want to turn away, and so she stayed facing him, dancing, but also watching him closely. She hadn’t been around other werewolves enough to notice that they carried a certain smell or that they moved a certain way, because if she had, she probably would have known by now what he was. As it was, she wanted his attention. Sure, every guy in the place wasn’t looking at her, but to know that he didn’t even seem to notice her, that he was dancing with someone else, it made her a little annoyed. He was hot, he seemed to be a regular and human or not, she wanted to meet him.
It was just her personality, to want everyone’s eyes on her, to want to be an alpha bitch. It had come from her father, although she didn’t know it, and even though these weren’t wolves, and she was new in town, she still wanted respect. She was too cocky for her own good, her mother had always told her; she had said that one day Lexi was gonna get hurt, trying to be a lead bitch while still young and naïve, but since when did Alexis ever listen to her mother.

Keeping all his senses open, but his eyes on the leggy girl before him. To all the dancers of the club, he would have looked to be dancing, but to any who actually stopped and looked, he looked like a rock in the middle of the ocean, being hit upon by the sea. His hands rested on the girl's hips, though his fingers didn't touch any of the creamy tan flesh that seemed to slip out from her jeans. His body was ridged, though he knew the girl would think it was all due to her and her dancing and manor of dress.
Silent, blue/green orbs gazed around the dance floor looking for anyone that held the scent of forest around them, but he found nothing. Yet, still he searched, eyes scanning with vigor, until they finally landed on one female who seemed so intent on getting his attention that it should have been so noticable to him, but it hadn't been. Slowly, he started to separate himself from the fleshy and leggy female and turn his attention on the other female.
This one seemed to out of place. She should have been in the forests, with the moon on her back and the river under her feet. He shook his head at his own blindness and lifted one hand, his fist balled minus his index finger which was raised. Slowly, the digit twitched, making a 'come here' motion toward the female, demanding that she move toward him, not he go to her.

Alexis was starting to get a little pissed. Usually when someone was staring at you, you could feel it, but the guy acted like he didn’t even feel her stare, maybe he didn’t, but she wanted him too. Letting out a laugh as someone behind her grabbed her waist, she turned and shoved them back, sly grin in place. “I don’t think so…” Her words were teasing, but at the same time they held a tone warning him not to keep messing with her. As she turned back, she saw the guy look up, and she smirked playfully, meeting his eyes on the crowded dance floor. As Lexi saw him detach himself from the leggy girl he had been with, she raised an eyebrow seductively, and then when she saw his fist go in the air, she watched with a cool gaze before heading his way, wandering why she felt compelled to listen to his gesture, and not make him come to her.
Lexi had no clue yet that he was like her, nor did she think he had a clue about her, but that’s what happens when your naïve. Her hips moved sensually to the beat of the music as she walked towards him. She wasn’t easy, or even sexually active, but she liked to tease, and pretend that she could have anyone she wanted. As she neared him, her eyes met his as she let a small playful smile grace her face. She bit the corner of her lip slightly as she took the last few steps that would bring her up to him. “Hey, you look like you know your way around here; care to show me the ropes?” Her tone was suggestive, the tone that had gotten so many others to try and show her the ropes, and get in her pants, though so very few had made it that far.

As the interesting younger female moved over to him, Cyrus wathced her like the preditor he was. He was enjoying the show her hips put on, more so when she seemed to be doing it with such an innocent face. As she neared him, her reached out quickly, taking her by the waist and pulling her closer, his face instantly dropping as he sniffed her hair, but played it off as he was making sure she could hear him.
"Ye play a dangerous game, lassie . . . . Tae many eyes be on ye now, even as I be holdin' ye and tae many wolves be wannin' tae follow ye home," he growled, his voice low and just as seductive as her walk, yet it wasn't that he was trying, he was just cursed with a slightly lower voice than most males. Lexi laughed as she was pulled closer to the stranger by her waist. She wouldn’t make him take his hands off just yet. Hadn’t she been teasing him from across the room? She moved her hips against this, still dancing, but waiting for him to speak. When he finally did speak, her eyes met his as she smirked. His accent was sexy, although a little hard to decipher at first. “Dangerous? I think I can handle myself.” Then she heard the rest of his sentence, about wolves. Keeping her body moving to the music, her eyes bored into him, but when she spoke, she pretended not to know what he meant. “Wolves? Is that what you call all the pissed off guys around here? The ones that are mad I turned them down to dance with you?”
She had lowered her voice, raising her mouth to his ear to speak, her tone still sexy. She had to play it off, pretend she didn’t know what kind of wolves he was talking about. It made her curious though; was he one? Or did he just know about them? Or was it just a figure of speech and he had no idea about the creatures that ran around this city after dark. As she waited for him to speak, she moved her head and kissed his neck, tasting him, his sweat, letting her tongue touch his neck before pulling away and looking back at him, her eyes twinkling. Human boy or not, this might be one of those times that she didn’t just tease, and she was willing to follow through with her act.

Cyrus tightened his grip around her waist, pulling her slightly closer until he could feel her hips moving against his. His grip was possessive, yet as he looked out behind her, watching as several eyes flashed golden, he simply snorted and chuckled. "Ye can call dem wolves . . . . or brutes . . . . Either one would be a correct term," he stated, as if giving a lesson on the dance floor about which term was best when describing the male speices was completely normal for him.
As she swayed her hips, he slowly started to do the same, almost letting her lead, seeing as his dancing abilities were sorely limited. He kept his arm around her back and a hand on her waist, yet his eyes never left from behind her, daring any of the males to touch the beautiful creature in his arms. Whoever this girl was that seemed to have come out of the woodwork of Bucharest, he wanted to know her, friendly or not. But no other soul would touch her as long as he stood beside her.

As Alexis listened to what he had to say, she relaxed some… Maybe he really did just mean the guys in the club. For now, she relaxed and let herself dance with the handsome stranger, having fun for the first time in a long time. “So…I just got in town today… you know anywhere I can stay for the night until I get a room.” She was fishing, trying to find out more about him, hoping he might suggest that she could stay with him. She wasn’t worried, not even a little, because when it came down to it, no human could harm her, she was stronger, and she could kill them.
If only she knew that he wasn’t just a human. Before he could answer her first question, she raised her lips to his ear again. “You can call me Lexi, by the way. Alexis Dalton, actually, but Lexi is good.” If only she would have turned around to face the crowd and not him, she might have noticed a few gold flashing eyes, but she was too busy trying to win her latest conquest, because her nights had been quite lonely on her journey out here.

Feeling her relax, Cyrus gave a wolf-like purr and slid his hand up and down her back, not in gesture of just pure touching, but one to sooth and relax even more. He listened to her question and let a toothy grin flash to those who were watching them dance. "Depends . . . . 'Rre ye lookin' far a hotel, oar 'rre ye askin' tae spend de night wid me?" he questioned, slightly inching his fingers of his other hand down, to her hip and lightly squeeze in a suggestive manor, though in truth, he meant nothing by it.
Alexis Dalton she said her name was but had given him a nickname to call her by. Both names just seemed to suit her, though he would have guessed teasing bitch would have also been a good name, but with the upmost respect behind it. "Ye can call me Cyrus . . . . Cyrus O'Conner," he stated, not knowing if any of the Validus pack had given him a nickname or not, but he knew no human had, at least not called him it to his muzzle.

Lexi relaxed slowly as his hand moved on her back, her eyes, hazel for now, flashing with excitement as his words. Her plan was on track, at least for now, and she let out a breathy giggle as his hand squeezed her hip. As she waited a moment to answer him, he introduced himself as well, and she grinned, thinking it over in her head. Her mouth went back to his ear as she spoke. “Well, Cyrus, I think a hotel would be a little too lonely for me… so was that an invitation? You see, I’ve had a long, lonely trip to get here, so I’d like to not be alone for a few days.” Her voice still had a sexual tone to it, but it also managed to sound like a sincere request, that the only reason she didn’t choose a hotel was so she wouldn’t be lonely. Her voice had managed to sound innocent and suggestive at the same time, something not usually done.
Putting a fake nervous look on her face, she pulled back and looked at him. “You see, I don’t like to spend my first night in a new town alone. Who knows how many.....wolves…might follow me and try and get what they want.” The way Lexi said wolves was just as he had, and she glanced back the boys to show her point, hoping she had been able to pull it off like he had, and not made it sound like a secret, a secret she wasn’t supposed to give away. Reaching a hand up, she ran her fingers through her auburn hair, nails scratching her scalp gently, before waiting for him to answer.

Cyrus glanced in the direction she was looking out and growled as the males still seemed to be hovering around them, just hoping he would be turned down and she would be able to venture out back onto the dance floor. He snorted and glanced at her and nodded. "Me home be open tae any who move through Bucharest . . . . . Any one of de kind," he growled, wondering if this female could be someone of his kind, but he knew that he couldn't just come out and say it.
As one of the males being bolder and tried to move toward them, Cyrus turned his body, drawing Lexi's back against his chest and slowly pushing her forward. "Den we shall be leavin' now," he growled, glancing back and eyes flashing golden as a last warning. The next warning wouldn't be so hidden.
Is dere anydin' ye need tae get before we leave?" he questioned, glancing to the bartender and nodding, before turning back to Lexi, without seeing wither or not the bartender even moved. Within a few moments, the bartender was handing over his trench coat and Cyrus took it, nodding, before handing the bartender a small rolled up bill, wrapped in a note.
